Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven to ten business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be returned for a store credit. Final sale items are non-returnable.


Due to limited stock of exclusive styles, we are unable to guarantee exchanges at this time. If you would like to return an item, please refer to our return policy.

Defective/Damage Items

We offer a refund for items if they are received defective or damaged. Send us an email and pictures of the damaged item at for a return authorization.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the purchaser.


We offer hassle free returns. Once we have been notified of your return, you will receive a email with your downloadable, pre-paid postage.
